CAD designed to perfection, new original tooling, manufactured in one of the most reputable foundries in the world, both the D-23 iron and M-29 wedge heads are produced with tight tolerances and always adjusted before delivery. These are not your average open model irons and wedges that get refreshed year after year with a different colorful medallion; these are meant to stay in your bag.

We hired legendary clubhead designer Jeff Sheets, who validated and refined the blueprint for both our D-23-irons and M-29 wedges through his masters reports. Jeff is well known for having redesigned what is now arguably one of the best iron blade design ever created in the modern era, the 1999 Hogan Apex blade.

Our D-23 iron and M-29 wedge heads are cast from durable 431ss. These heads will keep their lofts and lies through regular play unlike 304ss or carbon steel.
All heads go through a special heat treatment process, which yields a very tight grain structure that gives our clubs a solid feel at impact but yet very soft at the same time. Bendable 5° ***
All heads are chrome plated for an outstanding quality finish.
No cheap plastic medallions on our heads, we move plastic to the recycle bin.

We treat every single order as a custom order, we do not assemble clubs in advance, NONE, we order all our shafts directly from True Temper's Canadian headquarter in Kingston, Ontario, as per customer's shaft selection.
Every club is assembled and inspected one at the time, right here in Cornwall, Ontario.
Every club comes with zero tolerance for both loft and lie as we adjust them carefully in the assembly process.
We store all information on how your clubs were built along with their specifications for future reference.
